How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Vamio account and all associated data directly from the app:

Open the Vamio app on your device.
Go to Profile (tap your avatar or the profile tab).
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

Profile information — your name, email address, and profile photo.
Location history — all location data from drives you participated in.
Messages — text messages and photos sent in drive group chats.
Drive data — your participation records and drive summaries.
Blocked users list — any users you have blocked.

Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. All personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. During this period, anonymized analytics data may still be retained but cannot be linked back to you.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access the Vamio app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your Vamio account. We will process your request within 30 days.
